Tips for Finding the Best Car Insurance | Auto Houston

Family collecting new carWhether we want to have it or not, all of us need car insurance. It?s the only type of insurance that?s required by law. There?s a wide assortment of company that offer auto insurance in San Diego. It?s important to take all of them into consideration when you?re looking for your first auto insurance policy. You will never know if the company you thought was no good really had the best policy until you give them a shot. You need to find the company that has the best policy for the smallest amount of money. Some companies offer policies on both ends of the price spectrum that don?t provide enough benefits or fail to bring enough to the table to justify the price. Each company is going to try to spin their offerings to make them seem like they?re more significant than they really are. It?s your job to read between the lines and do the research to figure what they?re about. When you find your ideal auto insurance company, you should stick with them throughout your driving life. Switching from company to company for the sole purpose of price is not a good idea. An extended relationship with a single insurance agency will only produce good things for you.

The main problem with finding the right type of car insurance is that it?s nearly impossible to test the benefits attached to each policy. They?re reserved for the unfortunate instance when your car is involved in an accident of some kind. You can?t exactly replicate an accident scene for the sole purpose of testing the reliability of your insurance company and the effectiveness of the services they promised associated with your policy. Some of us pay for car insurance for years without seeing results of any kind. Car insurance companies are able to hide behind the fact that you don?t know whether they will go to bat for you in the event of an accident. They can promise everything under the sun in an effort to get you to sign up with them. Most people only look at what they?re required to pay each month when they start shopping around for insurance policies. It?s possible that a policy with a low monthly fee is also low options available to protect you. Read about each insurance company before you decide to go with them. You might out something that will send you to another company that you might not have heard about.

There?s no shortage of car insurance companies out there that want to do business with you. All you have to do is start reaching out to them and determine what they have to offer. Once you have come up with a list of potential companies, you can start calling each one of them. Make sure that your selection process goes a little bit deeper than just what they will charge you each month. You have to get down to the nitty gritty of their policies to see if they?re even worth doing business with in the first place.

Te'o provides answers, but more may be asked

NEW YORK (AP) ? Manti Te'o tried to put one of the strangest sports stories in memory behind him, insisting he was the target of an elaborate online hoax in which he fell for a fake woman created by pranksters, then admitting his own lies made the bizarre ordeal worse.

Whether his off-camera interview with ESPN was enough to demonstrate that the Notre Dame star linebacker was a victim in the scheme instead of a participant is still an open question.

The most important judges of the All-American and Heisman Trophy finalist may be pro football teams. Te'o has finished his coursework at Notre Dame and is preparing for the NFL draft at an elite training facility in Florida, where the 2?-hour interview was conducted late Friday night.

ESPN reporter Jeremy Schaap said that the 21-year-old Te'o answered all his questions in a calm voice, and tried to clear up the mysteries and inconsistencies of the case.

Among the highlights:

? Te'o denied being in on the hoax. "No. Never," he said. "I wasn't faking it. I wasn't part of this."

? Te'o provided a timeline and details of his relationship with Lennay Kekua, his virtual sweetheart, who went through an array of medical calamities before "dying" of Leukemia in September, just hours after Te'o got real news of his grandmother's death.

? He acknowledged that he lied to his father about meeting Kekua in person, then exacerbated the situation after her supposed death when he "tailored" his comments to reporters to make it sound as if their relationship was more than just phone calls and electronic messages.

"I even knew, that it was crazy that I was with somebody that I didn't meet, and that alone ? people find out that this girl who died, I was so invested in, I didn't meet her, as well," Te'o said. "So I kind of tailored my stories to have people think that, yeah, he met her before she passed away, so that people wouldn't think that I was some crazy dude."

In the same part of the conversation, Te'o said: "Out of this whole thing, that is my biggest regret. And that is the biggest, I think, that's from my point of view, that is a mistake I made."

? He detailed the confusing phone conversation he had on Dec. 6, when the woman who was posing as Kekua contacted him and told him one last hard-to-believe story about how she had to fake her own death to evade drug dealers. Te'o said it left him piecing together what exactly was going on over the next few days, when he was bouncing from interview to interview while taking part in the Heisman Trophy ceremony in New York on Dec. 8 and another awards dinner in Los Angeles the next night. He mentioned his girlfriend in interviews at least three times over that period.

? Even after he went to his parents, coaches and Notre Dame officials with the story by Dec. 26, and the school provided an investigation that it says corroborated Te'o's version by Jan. 4, the player told ESPN that it was not until Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, a 22-year-old acquaintance who lives in California, contacted him Wednesday and confessed to the prank, that he finally believed Kekua was not real. Schaap said that Te'o showed him direct messages from Twitter in which Tuiasosopo admitted to masterminding the hoax and apologized.

Schaap remarked to Te'o earlier in the interview that he still talked about Lennay as if she existed.

"Well, in my mind I still don't have answers," Te'o replied. "I'm still wondering what's going on, what happened."

Tuiasosopo has not spoken publicly since Deadspin.com broke the news of the hoax on Wednesday and identified him as being heavily involved.

At the Tuiasosopo house in Palmdale, Calif., the family did not answer the door Saturday. The AP learned Saturday through public records and interviews a house on the street as the Tuiasosopo's that Te'o had flowers delivered to after Kekua "died" was once lived in by Ronaiah. The residents now? A family named Kekua, though they've never heard of a Lennay Kekua.

Whether Tuiasosopo ultimately confirms Te'o's version of the story will go a long way toward determining where this saga is headed.

In the interview with ESPN, Te'o implied that he was not holding a grudge against Tuiasosopo.

"I hope he learns," Te'o said. "I hope he understands what he's done. I don't wish an ill thing to somebody. I just hope he learns. I think embarrassment is big enough."

Te'o was the emotional leader and best player on a Notre Dame team that went from unranked to playing for the program's first national championship since 1988. And Te'o's tale of inspired play while dealing with a double-dose of tragedy became the theme of the Irish's unexpected rise and undefeated regular season.

Not until Te'o and the Irish faced Alabama in the BCS championship did the good times end. The Crimson Tide won in a 42-14 rout on Jan. 7, the hoax was then exposed and suddenly the dream season was tarnished.

So far no law enforcement agencies have indicated they are pursuing a criminal case in the scam, and Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick in a news conference earlier this week said the university was going to leave it up to Te'o and his family to pursue legal action.

Bennett Kelly, founder of the Internet Law Center in Santa Monica, Calif., said a criminal case of fraud against the perpetrators probably wouldn't work because it appears they took nothing of value (money or other items) from Te'o. The player said at one point the fake girlfriend asked for his checking account number but he declined.

A civil suit would be difficult as well, Kelley said.

"It's not as easy as it's often portrayed," Kelley said. "The context has to be outrageous. There usually has to be some kind of physical manifestation. It can't just be that it was a bummer."

Swarbrick said from the start that it didn't seem as if laws were broken or NCAA rules violated. He had publicly encouraged Te'o to give his side of the story.

"Manti put this to rest for me and the University long ago," Swarbrick said in a text message to the AP on Saturday. "I am just glad that everyone (at least everyone open to the facts) now knows what we have long known ? that a great young man was the innocent victim of a very cruel hoax."

While fans and the members of the media might not be satisfied with where Te'o has left it, he won't necessarily be compelled to answer to them ? just to potential employers starting in February.

At the NFL combine, Te'o will have his physical skills and fitness tested, and he will be interviewed by NFL executives and coaches. He has been projected as a potential first-round draft pick. If his involvement in this hoax sets off red flags for teams and it causes him to slip in April's draft, it could cost him millions of dollars.

Said former Dallas Cowboys general manager and NFL draft consultant Gil Brandt: "Between now and 97 days from now when the draft comes, there'll be a lot of people investigating just what took place."

The 3rd Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival Starts Tomorrow! | Sean's ...

DSC_0009

Vancouverites love their chocolate.? Our city boasts some of the best chocolatiers on the planet, and now ?

resampled_HCF_finalPoster_2013websafe

The VANCOUVER HOT CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL returns for its 3rd year!
January 19 ? February 14, 2013

Taking place at cafes, chocolate shops and bakeries across the city, the Vancouver Festival was the first and largest of its kind in North America, and most likely, the world!

WHAT?S NEW :

Joining the 23 participants for the first time this year is Beaucoup Bakery, Chocolate Arts and Soirette Macarons & Tea.? Also new, Vancouver-based Blenz Coffee will be joining the Festival?s? Food Artisan Support Program? by sponsoring local small food producers at two of their cafes.? Along with hot chocolate drinks created just for the Festival, Blenz Alma will be featuring custom-ordered chocolate bars created by Chef Wendy Boys? Cocolico Chocolates. While Blenz Thurlow will be serving sweet meringue cookies infused with flavours from the Bittered Sling Collection by mixologist Lauren Mote and Chef Jonathan Chovancek of Kale & Nori Culinary Arts.

And for the first time, the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is welcoming a satellite participant. Reubens Chocolates of Port Moody will make their Festival creations available to hot chocolate lovers living outside the City of Vancouver.

French Made Baking, Leonidas Chocolates, The Juice Truck and Bel Cafe are just four of the 14 participant vendors returning from last year. See them starring in the Festival?s new VIDEO.

WHAT?S FUN :

With over 60 flavours to choose from, it?s going to take at least a month to try them all. Although one dedicated festival goer has sworn to sample them all in one day. That?s impressive, but so is the creativity on display in the 2013 lineup.? Some of the edgiest hot chocolates include:

* Terra Breads?? ?Stand Up and Stout?? ? a chocolate drink blended with R&B Brewing Stout and topped with beer-flavoured marshmallows.

* Soirette Macarons & Tea?s? ?The King?s Cup? is a rockabilly combo of peanut butter and banana ? an ode to Elvis.

* Chocolate Arts?? ?When Pigs Fly? hot chocolate will come adorned with bacon-flavoured marshmallows.

* And Cocoa Nymph?s ?The Ayala? is a jasmine-tinted hot chocolate with juniper or gin-like marshmallows.

* Beaucoup Bakery?s ?Burning Clove? suggests a smoky love poem to chocolate.

* While Chocolaterie de la Nouvelle France?s ?Rose of Ecuador? kisses Ecuadorian chocolate with the juice of crushed rose petals.

* Thomas Haas Chocolates? ?The Lumberjack? will be crafted with hot chocolate infused with maple syrup that?s been aged in Bourbon barrels.

* And Bella Gelateria?s? ?The Gold Medal? will be a pecan and maple syrup-flavoured hot chocolate based on the gelato that earned owner James Coleridge 1st place at last years International Gelato Festival in Italy.

But no worries if you are a chocolate purist. Many of the vendors will also be offering serving at least one drink made with unflavoured, hi-cocoa content chocolate only.? Thierry Chocolaterie Patisserie Cafe?s ?One in a Million?, for example, will be made from Maranon, the world?s rarest chocolate.

Some hot chocolates can even claim to be healthy, such as Gem Chocolate?s ?BC Blue Booster? ? a blend of high anti-oxidant content cocoa and blueberries.? While Schokolade Artisan Chocolate?s ?Mount Fuji? combination of chocolate, ginger and matcha might well ward off a visit from the seasonal flu bug. The Juice Truck will specialize in non-dairy hot chocolate drinks for those who are lactose intolerant, and most vendors will gladly substitute dairy for coconut, soy milk or almond milk on request.

WHAT?S MORE:

Regardless of flavour, all drinks are guaranteed to be deliciously photogenic, and in that light, festival goers are invited to enter photos of their drinks to an online TweetUp contest that could earn the lucky winner gift certificates from all participating vendors. It?s a $500 VALUE and a great way to extend the Festival throughout the year.

For the festival-goer?s dollars, all drinks will come with extra goodies that either reflect each shop?s culinary specialty or were made by supplier partners such as Erin Ireland?s To Die For Banana Bread and Beta 5 Chocolates. Partial funds from all Festival sales will be donated to restaurateur Mark Brand?s new charity project,? A Better Life Foundation, a project that aims to create a self-sustaining meal program for people in assisted living and low-income housing on Vancouver?s? Downtown Eastside.

Yes, the lights of Christmas are gone and it?s going to be a long grey stretch until spring, but If anything can banish the chilly gloom of January, this cheerful Festival can.
After all, it?s a scientifically proved fact that? ?CHOCOLATE MAKES YOU HAPPY.?

Interior chief Salazar to step down; Obama remakes energy team

By Ayesha RascoePosted 2013/01/16 at 2:56 pm EST

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16, 2013 (Reuters) ? Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, who helped lead the government's response to the largest offshore oil spill in U.S. history, said on Wednesday he will leave his post by the end of March to return to his Colorado ranch.

U.S. President-elect Barack Obama talks to reporters as Colorado Senator Ken Salazar, his nominee for secretary of interior, looks on during a news conference in Chicago, Illinois, in this December 17, 2008 file photo. Salazar is expected to announce he is stepping down, a White House official confirmed on Wednesday. REUTERS/Jeff Haynes/Files

The former U.S. senator came to office pledging to clean up the "mess" at the Interior Department, but it was the massive 2010 BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that ultimately spurred the dramatic overhaul of the nation's offshore drilling regulator.

Salazar's departure comes as President Barack Obama's cabinet undergoes the typical make-over for the second term, and will be part of an opportunity to remake the entire energy team.

Environmental Protection Agency head Lisa Jackson has announced she will not be staying on, and Energy Secretary Steven Chu is widely tipped to leave within weeks.

A surge in shale oil and gas development has transformed the country's energy outlook, and Obama's next energy officials will try to help manage the new bounty.

Salazar's replacement will lead the department's implementation of controversial rules governing the use of hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking," on public lands, oversee the push to drill in the Arctic and guide the permitting of renewable energy on federal land.

Obama said in a statement that Salazar played an integral role in his administration's "successful efforts to expand responsible development of our nation's domestic energy resources," and that he worked to promote renewable energy and increase oil and gas output on public lands.

Salazar is the second Hispanic cabinet member to leave the administration, following last week's resignation by Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, which could renew criticism about a lack of diversity on Obama's developing second-term team.

A successor to Salazar at the Interior Department, which manages hundreds of millions of acres of land including national parks, will likely come from a state in the West, where most federally-owned lands are located.

Potential candidates for the Interior post include outgoing Washington Governor Christine Gregoire, former New Mexico Senator Jeff Bingaman, who was chairman of the Senate energy committee, and Bill Ritter, former governor of Colorado. All three have also been talked about as in the running for the EPA or the Department of Energy.

Another possible pick is John Berry, director of the federal government's Office of Personnel Management. Berry, who is openly gay, was assistant secretary for policy, management and budget at Interior during the Clinton administration.

Salazar, 57, said in a statement that Interior undertook the "most aggressive oil and gas safety and reform agenda in U.S. history" and that the country is now on a promising path to energy independence.

Raised on his family's ranch in Colorado, Salazar was often spotted sporting his signature bolo tie and cowboy hat while leading Interior. During his tenure the department established seven new national parks and 10 new wildlife refuges.

BP OIL SPILL

The former Colorado attorney general was thrust into the national spotlight in April 2010 when a blowout on the Deepwater Horizon rig caused an explosion that killed 11 workers in the Gulf of Mexico.

In the aftermath, BP's Macondo well spewed more than 4 million barrels of oil into the Gulf as BP struggled to cap the well for nearly three months.

Facing an unprecedented environmental disaster, Salazar famously pledged to keep a "boot on the neck" of BP during the response efforts.

The catastrophe exposed shortcomings in the government's offshore drilling oversight, with officials conceding that regulations had not kept up with technological advances that allowed drillers to enter deeper and deeper waters.

FIGHTING INDUSTRY

Responding to the spill, the Obama administration implemented a controversial months-long moratorium on deepwater drilling and instituted a raft of new drilling rules aimed at preventing another disaster.

The temporary ban, which was followed by longer waits for permits in the Gulf, angered oil and gas drillers, who said the administration was unnecessarily slowing production.

"We remember the tough days that followed the Deepwater Horizon incident during which Secretary Salazar presided over a moratorium on permits that created significant uncertainty for energy production and energy security," said Jim Noe, head of the Shallow Water Energy Security Coalition.

Noe said the coalition hopes that Salazar's replacement will take a "more balanced" approach to energy development.

After the spill, Salazar also oversaw the transformation of the department's offshore drilling regulatory agency, the Minerals Management Service, which had been accused of being too cozy with industry.

Long before the Gulf spill, the service was plagued by scandal. Under Salazar the agency was broken into three separate entities, separately focusing on leasing, enforcement and revenue collection.

From early on, Salazar's relationship with the oil and gas industry and with many Republicans in Congress was contentious. Critics accused Salazar of putting up roadblocks to development.

The sharp-tongued Salazar rarely shied from sparring with his opponents. In 2012 he accused Republicans in the House of Representatives of living in a world of "fairy tales and falsehoods" when it comes to energy policy.

A key task for the next head of agency will be to oversee the department's new rules for the controversial drilling technique, hydraulic fracturing, on public lands.

Draft rules released in 2012 would require companies to get approval before using fracking, and to reveal the chemicals they used in the process after they finish drilling.

Industry groups complained the rules overlapped state regulations, while environmentalists said the rules were not strong enough.

Facing this backlash, the department has delayed finalizing the rules. It is unclear whether they would be completed before Salazar departs.

(AP) ? New Orleans Hornets rookie Austin Rivers sank a layup and ran past the Boston Celtics' bench on his way back down the floor.

Doc Rivers had to fight his fatherly instinct and ignore him.

"I was about to say something and I didn't; I caught myself. I forgot he was on the other team," the Celtics coach said after facing his son for the first time. "It's just a strange dynamic. I didn't enjoy it, honestly. I know it's neat for everyone else, but as a father, I don't know if I enjoyed that."

Greivis Vasquez had 15 points and 11 rebounds and Austin Rivers won his first NBA game against his father on Wednesday night as the Hornets beat Boston 90-78. New Orleans has won six of its last seven games to escape the Western Conference cellar.

"I knew it was a different game and I didn't try to pretend like it wasn't, and I think that helped me," the younger Rivers said. "Now that this is out of the way, it will be a lot easier. I can just go out there and not worry about, 'Oh man, this is weird.'"

Paul Pierce scored 12 points with 10 rebounds before fouling out in the final minutes as the Celtics' six-game winning streak came to an end. Kevin Garnett scored 15 and Rajon Rondo had 11 assists.

Pierce shot 5 for 16 from the floor and made one of seven 3-point attempts as Boston went 4 for 18 from beyond the arc.

The Hornets were worse, going 2 of 17 from 3-point range. But they have won eight of 12 since an 11-game losing streak that stretched through much of December.

"If you look at our record, we're in no position to laud or get happy about a couple of wins," New Orleans coach Monty Williams said. "We've got a lot of work to do. I'm more concerned about our next practice ? how our guys prepare and come focused for that practice. That will tell me about our growth."

Al-Farouq Aminu had 18 points and nine rebounds and Anthony Davis had 10 of each for New Orleans. Rivers scored eight points, going 3 for 6 from the field and 2 for 4 from the line while adding two fouls and an assist in 23 minutes.

"I'm not going to say anything too stupid," Austin Rivers said. "At the end of the day, he has a lot more credentials or whatever you want to call it than I do. This is just one little moment for me."

Doc Rivers is the fourth coach to face his son in an NBA game, joining Butch van Breda Kolff, Mike Dunleavy and George Karl. He spoke briefly with his son before the game, but showed little reaction during the game. The two embraced at the final buzzer.

"My dad didn't really say anything to me," Austin Rivers said. "Just before the game and after the game that he loved me and just told me to go out there and compete."

The younger Rivers got a big cheer from the opposing crowd when he checked into the game with 4:19 left in the first half. Doc Rivers leaned back to say something to the assistant coaches sitting behind him and cracked a brief smile.

Austin Rivers spent much of his first stint on the court staking out a position on the right side, which placed him in front of the Celtics' bench; there was no interaction with his father's team. With about a minute left in the first quarter, he muscled a hook shot in for a basket, but his father had no reaction.

"I'm sure he hadn't slept in about three or four days," Williams said. "That's a tough one: playing against your dad, your mom's in the house, I'm screaming at him ? and he goes out there and keeps his poise. I don't understand that kind of pressure."

The Celtics opened a 21-10 lead but then allowed six straight points, including a drive by Rivers. The Hornets scored 11 consecutive points midway through the second quarter to turn a five-point deficit into a 38-32 lead; they led by one at halftime, then scored the first eight points of the third quarter to make it 52-43.

It was 61-49 when Pierce made a turnaround jumper and, after Rondo swiped Vasquez's bad pass, Jason Terry hit a 3-pointer. Jeff Green blocked Ryan Anderson, and Terry made a short jumper; Terry had another 3 and, later in the quarter, a steal to set up Pierce for a jumper in the final seconds that made it 67-63.

But the Celtics kept missing shots, failing to score from the 6:22 mark of the fourth quarter until 2:04 remained in the game. By then, the Hornets had turned a four-point lead into an 87-71 advantage. Boston shot 7 for 23 in the fourth quarter.

Notes: The Hornets opened the game 3 for 13 from the floor and missed all five of their 3-point attempts in the first period. New Orleans also committed six turnovers in the first, yet trailed just 25-20 after one. ... Celtics F Chris Wilcox did not play for the second straight game. Doc Rivers said he was available. ... Garnett passed Patrick Ewing and moved into 16th place on the NBA's career scoring list.

Union slows NY subway after 'pusher' deaths

By Ida Siegal, NBCNewYork.com

Subway trains in New York are entering stations more slowly because of a union safety directive made in the wake of deaths of two passengers pushed onto the tracks.

The city?s transit workers union put out advisory signs instructing drivers to take greater caution, but the MTA says the move throws off subway schedules and is counterproductive to straphanger safety.

The union says having trains enter stations more slowly helps train operators stop if someone suddenly jumps or gets pushed onto the tracks.

According to the union, the normal speed for trains to enter the station is 30 or 40 miles per hour. But after the union released advisories over the weekend, trains are entering stations closer to 10 miles per hour.

Read more stories at NBCNewYork.com

The safety initiative comes in the wake of two recent incidents -?one at 49th Street,?another in Queens?- in which people were killed by trains after being pushed onto the tracks.

"They should come in slowly, at least tap on the brakes and ease their way in," said one straphanger. "Coming into the station, it's safety first."

But the MTA doesn't approve of the slowdown, saying it throws off the existing schedules and that there are other ways to make the system safer.

"Some of the actions they are recommending, if implemented, could result in even more hazardous conditions due to overcrowding on platforms and on board trains," an MTA spokesman said in a statement.

Video tutorial: Quickly combine images and type in ... - Computer Arts

  • Software InDesign CS6
  • Time needed 10 minutes
  • Skills
    • Work with type
    • Combine paths with the Pathfinder
    • Use InDesign?s object effects

Merging imagery within typography can be a simple and effective solution in a variety of situations, especially when page real estate or visual material isn?t in abundance. In the accompanying poster graphic I?ve used this technique to tantalise the viewer with a sneak peek at the illustration work being exhibited in a gallery.

The interplay of words and illustration helps to elevate the typography: the letterforms are no longer there to simply communicate a message, they become a way of abstracting and focusing on details from the illustration, and invite the viewer to explore what?s in front of them.

');
01

01 Before you turn your typography into outlined text you need to rough out how it?s going to work. Establishing the right typeface is paramount ? a good, heavy sans serif works best for what we have planned as it covers a greater surface area; I?ve used Aldo Open (created by Jonathan Hill) ? as is working out the amount of density you?ll need for the letterforms.
?

02

02 At this stage, if you were to outline everything in one go you would more than likely end up with overlapping paths, so it?s best to approach each letterform individually. Copy and paste each target letter, then hit Cmd/Ctrl+ Shift+O to turn it into paths. Now reveal the document grid by pressing Cmd/Ctrl+? and begin aligning your typography.
?

03

03 Once you?ve got everything looking as you wish, open the Pathfinder panel (Window>Object & Layout). Select all the letterforms that you want to merge and click the Add icon. What we?ve created is effectively a customised picture-binding box that you can paste or import into.
?

04

04 To get the illustration from the design into the outlined type, copy the illustration, then select the outlined text and paste it into (Cmd/ Ctrl+Opt/Alt+V). To re-enforce the effect that the type is cutting through to the illustration below, open the Effects panel, change ?Settings for? to Object and add a subtle inner shadow.
?

05

05 Now you can take things a little further and start to play with the background colour of your outlined letterforms. Combine this with altering the pasted illustration?s opacity and Effects style (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+F10) to create some appealing tint effects. As always, be careful you don?t over-cook things ? you still want some semblance of legibility with the typography to hold the attention of viewers.
